We are now looking for a new colleague to be leading our Midmarket strategy for Sweden.

Head of Midmarket Sweden

Zurich is one of the most specialized insurance companies within non-life insurance for local and international business in the Nordic market. We are now looking for a customer focused individual to lead our strategy for the middle market segment.

As the Head of Midmarket you will develop our strategy, establish new processes and launch our market offering in the middle market segment. You will be responsible for growing a team and building a profitable insurance portfolio.

As a person, you demonstrate strategic thinking and are accurate in your work. You have a problem-solving mind-set, are communicative, and show multitasking capabilities. You like to lead a team where helping and supporting each other is an essential part of success. You are service minded and like to work in an international environment.

Qualifications and skills:

• Experience and excellent knowledge within commercial combined insurance products
• Extensive knowledge of relevant market conditions
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements
• Excellent customer/broker relationships skills
• Effective negotiation skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and change
• Good knowledge of relevant software
• Solid verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English is a requirement.
